Too many “non-5-star” reviews—even over small, cosmetic concerns—can cause our vehicles to be delisted permanently, costing us thousands of dollars and weeks of downtime just to get a car re-approved and back on the platform.

What You Can Do

  If something affects your safety or a key function (engine, brakes, A/C, major leak, etc.), please message us immediately so we can resolve it.

• 2. Minor cosmetic or inconvenience?

  Things like a small scratch, a squeaky window, or a little wear on the interior happen—no rental is flawless. For these, let us know privately and we’ll take care of it, but please still leave us a five-star review.
